Incorrect panel display

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I am not really sure what you mean by "Unfold vertically"? Please elaborate or post a  video so that we can understand it better.

Yes, you get the idea. Don't you think that with this position of the panel, the gradient should go from top to bottom?

This applies to absolutely all panels. They are not displayed correctly. They go from left to right, but they must go from the beginning to the end. "Start menu" -> to ->  "notification bar".

No, that won't do it. as the name mentioned horizontal will always be "horizontal". If you need vertical, you will need a vertical one. Which is not included. But, you can produce your own, or download from the internet and apply it.
