Please add these two simple features

Fence Title Placement Option | In Fence Item Centering

I would love to see these two simple features.

-Manual option to place fence title on top, below, and even side, allowing fence to roll in the direction of ones choice.

-Option to center items in fence either vertically or horizontally.
