Language switch with Win+Space key

Hello,

Love multiplicity. But im also a dual language user. Which means i have to often switch the keyboard language.
Switching language on One PC does not switch it on other. Which means im getting something in between. 

I often have to switch between PCs and try to make the languages match between the two PCs to make sure its working as intended.

If there any way to ALWAYS send keyboard language switch command to both PCs if i press Windows + space?
