I was wondering if you could port the Longhorn Theme for WindowBlinds to MSStyles.Something i could use with the uxtheme.dll patch. My wife doesn't want to use Window blinds,but i've used it with your Longhorn Theme and it rocked.Just wondering if it's possible to port it.The uxtheme patch basicly makes it so you don't have to download StyleXP.

Unfortunately i dont use MSStyles or StyleBuilder, as im purely dedicated to WindowBlinds however im working on massive update to "Longhorn Milestones" in between few other Blinds.

do you know how hard it would be to port the theme to msstyles?I don't really want to get WindowBlinds with all the RAM and System usage it takes.I've got an older computer,that really doesn't take windowblinds all that well.

Man, you must really have a crappy machine. What ya got a 386 or 486 with 4 megs of ram? Didn't know there was any of those machine still in use.

No it's a 1gig eMachines and it plays games well i have a vid card and 256 in ram,but for some reason it just doesn't work well with WindowsBlinds.I haven't been able to figure it out...

If you have common names on your puter, that could be the problem.

I'm on a 1 gig machine and WB only takes about 3 mb.Never had a prob with WB4 on XP.

I think eMachines have really crappy video cards in them, which may effect it some.  But, other than that, there is no reason why it shouldn't run fine. 

Common names really only effects buttons (we call it a "button useless" feature )

i have a 32 meg vid card,it not much compared to today's newest cards,but it works for my games(RCT2,SimCity4,etc).My games don't require a lager card,but i still plan on getting one at least tripple what i have right now.more ram probably wouldn't hurt either,but i think my board will only go up to 512.

Tabasco1TX....my system is a P111/500...and also with a 32meg card.....no dramas with running WB...so you shouldn't have any, either...

Hum,maybe it's just my Emachines then.I've Never had any real problems with it though,maybe it's just a conflict with an other program i have running.

I have an e-machine and have no trouble running windowblinds and all the rest that I run. Its not the machine, its something you are running thats conflicting with windowblinds.Little more ram wouldn't hurt.

True,i know i need more ram,for sure.My eMachine has always ran great with no problem at all,just not sure my WB-4 would give me such a problem,i really think it might have been Norton Anti-Virus,it was really slowing my system down.I have Avast now and it runs really smooth and faster now.Maybe i'll give it another try,but like i have said in another post,there are really only a few skins i like.I don't think it's worth the $49 for only about 3 or 4 skins i like,but mostly Longhorn by Vodoo freak.
