Feature Request - WindowBlinds

1. Allow exclusion of all apps coming from an existing folder.
---- Really 'erksome' when I have to keep excluding test programs&games.

2. Include the following by default in the exclusion list.  (they have all broken on me, causing performance issues & visual hiccups

• Discord.exe
• Update.exe
  -- Discord & It's updater
• launcher.exe
  -- FTB Minecraft launcher for modded Minecraft
  -- will actually crash windows security settings menu if folder protection is enabled & attempts to view 'protection history'
• OverwolfLauncher.exe
  --Mod Client manager.  Seriously does not do well with skins.
• Overwolfupdatere.exe
  -- Updater for Overwolf
• Overwolf.exe
• VideoReDo5.exe
• VideoReDo6.exe
  -- Video editor, does not do well with it & slows to a very painful crawl
• Resolve.exe
  -- introduces proformance issues.

3. allow adjusting of window border sizes of skinned windows.   
   -- The problem being is that some skins cause a buffer window around it, and prevent the top of the window from touching  the top of the screen unless it's full screen size,
  -- This causes problems with window snapping & looking wrong as the window will be smaller then the snap position given.

4. allow Click through on some areas of the skinned windows.
-- This is a problem extending from #3, as the window is larger then it seems..  unable to be clicked & draged with right next to it, but also preventing clicking another window behind it right next to the edges.
