Icons persistence

from Stardock Forums

Hi all,

I have Fences with Roll-up enabled. When the Fence area closes, some traces of icons remain on the screen. Ugly ! ;-)

They disappear anyway by hitting F5 but.... I'd prefer they aren't here.

Any idea on how fix that and get rid of my shadow icons ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows full version number. Use Microsoft's Winver.exe for full version numbers.
  2. Fences version.
  3. Display setting ie Resolutions, Scaling applied (100%,125%,150% etc)

Hello,

Just as a test, you can turn it back up later. Turn the scaling down to 100%. If it is okay. scale up and test until the issue happen again. Report back.

Hi again

It works fine until 258% and starts screwing up at 300% !

Any chance to "push" it to 300% ?

I believe there is compatibility issue with Fences when your scaling too big. Anyhow, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
