Windowblinds & Start10 caused me to lose sound?

I downloaded and set up both of these programs and when I went to watch a video, I had no sound.  Sound didn't come back until I uninstalled them.  I have Windows 10 Version 1909 Build 18363.1256.  Anyone else have this problem and no how to fix it?  I'd like to still use the software but won't reinstall if I can't have sound.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, from what I remember, I never have sound issue because Windowblinds and/or Start10. Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windowblinds version.
  2. Start10 version.
  3. CPU type. Intel, AMD or ARM.
  4. What program you use to watch Video?
  5. Does Web base video have sound? ie Youtube.
