Freezing Issues

from Stardock Forums

I'm having terrible problems with my computer and I'm trying to eliminate the Stardock products as the problem.   How to I temporarily disable them?

Windows version your running ( full numbered version - use winver.exe - for that info

What Stardock programs and their versions ?

We have no other reports like this so why do you think it's a Stardock product.

Explain in detail what happens please or show us a Video Capture ....

Do you reboot your PC ?

I experience issues in that way too but on my computer it not only crashes the game but the whole system. Need to even pull of power cord from pc in order to get it started again. Happened not before Offworld Trading Company but happening everytime I play the game... sometimes just after one or two minutes, sometimes after about 10 or so... It seems not to depend on something special one does in the game or does not or whatever. I Also doubt in may be the system as such (16 gb ram and an gforce gtx 1660 with latest drivers 460,89 and in i7-8700K should fit to play the game I think!?) 

I checked the windows event logger and eliminated all other errors and criticals. Now when such a crash appears I don't even have any entry in windows event logger referring to any error happened before the crash. I am using Windows 10 Pro 64bit Version 20H2 Build 19042.685 and latest Version of Offworld Trading Company. Is there anywhere something like a logfile oder a way of logging the game so that I may hand in further information?
