Visual issue with Groupy

I understand this is not a big issue however somewhat annoying on the visual level. There seems to be a bug with the alignment/border of the groupy tabs in different scenarios & therefore not consistent.
Scenario 1 - Always Place Above & Automatically match colour of custom titlebars
Groupy tabs align correctly with some applications whilst others don't, they have a border around the group tabs
Scenario 2 - Combine if possible & Automatically match colour of custom titlebars
Scenario 3 - Pick default active tab colour
All aligned how it should be.
So when choosing tab group to pick the active default colour a border is visible however when you select a different colour for an active tab then they all align up.
Sorry it may or may not make sense & maybe a bug or not but in any instances, I think the groupy tabs should always left align to the application correctly without any borders for a much neater & cleaner finish like the last image.
