Cant download more than 6 icon pack

hello, i got the full Object desktop pack that i did not even try, i just paid for it before i even tried, there is a link that tells me to download icons, after 6 it says that i need to pay for a subscription, when in the same time it says that if i buy from your website i can download for free the icons that are for free, so what i think it happens is that the website does not recognize my account as i got your full service, my email is xxxxxxx@gmail.com and the icon website does not recognize me as a user  that paid for all
