If your Payweb Card Unique has a different email than your Stardock login email you could try this.

https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/

Enter the Payweb Card email into the Source Account and your Stardock email into the Destination Account.

After doing this check your My Downloads for the Key.

Should this not work then you will need to request a support ticket.
