Should CursorFX Plus and CursorFX 4 use different licenses?

I am a buyer of CursorFX Plus.

I cannot register my old serial number for product downloads featured at https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/.

Existing serial numbers are registered only in older CursorFX programs.(Version 2.16.0)

Do I need to buy a new one to use CursorFX 4?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, yes, you will need to buy CursorFX 4 to get a key for it. CursorFX v4 is an upgrade from CursorFX v2.
