Outlook windows no longer group

from Stardock Forums

My MS Outlook client used to group windows, but no longer does.  How do I fix this?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.

  1. Windows version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
  2. Groupy version installed.
  3. What happened between when it was working and when it is not? Windows update? Groupy update? etc.

Hi, my Win10 version is 2004, Build 19041.572.  Sorry but I don't know what was done before it stopped working, if anything.  thx

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
