Paid but cannot find order record

After I used Alipay to make payment on the webpage, the payment page was closed because there was no operation. Later, I could not find my order information anywhere. I also reported an error when Visiting the historical order, and I did not receive relevant emails

I am a Chinese user, and I used the Alipay account with no mailbox bound. I still could not find my payment information by using the link you gave me after binding the mailbox just now. Moreover, when I checked the historical order, the page reported the following error information:

I submitted according to the website you gave, but the feedback to me felt like an automatic reply, which did not solve my problem. Would there be any other replies after that?Or is there any other solution?
