Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more information on your system.
1) Windows 10 version, please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.
2) Do you have Windowblinds 10 installed, if you do, what WB style/skin?
3) or Do you have Curtains installed, if you do, what Curtains style/skin?
4) Recheck if you have turn on that option
