Middle Click Mouse to open Tab

Not developed properly

  1. Can't open disk or folder from quick access or navigation pane by middle mouse button click.
  2. When middle click any  of the folder or disk It's opens up directly and move's me towards opened path, Instead i wanted the folder open's up in a background just like chrome, so I can open another folder from same disk.

Just because it's forwarded me through another tab when I used middle click, I switched to previous tab and open the folder that I want.

Please fix this issues

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

It is unclear what you are asking to be tested exactly.  Please give exact steps on how to reproduce any observed issue including any non-default settings changes you have made to the app or Windows itself.  Also, a video of the issue (shared like to a cloud drive service) would be very helpful.

I think I've noticed the same behavior.

With a windows file explorer window open, if you middle-mouse click on a folder or drive in the primary view port, it will open a new tab. However if you middle-mouse click on any shortcut in the left pane of the window, where the drives, file tree, and quick access list is, those will not open a new tab.

It also sounds like he wants tabs to open in the background when you middle click instead of opening the tab and having the new tab take focus.

End of backschmack's quote

This is the expected behaviour.  Only the folder area will respond to the middle click function.
