TouchTasks not working

Help wanted

Touch Tasks was transferred from my previous PC to my new one, where I can get Config to work and have revised the configuration, after which it worked just once. Now I cannot get any response from tapping, or holding with the mouse. Can someone advise please?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your new system.

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) TouchTasks version.

3) New system hardware specification. CPU (Inter, AMD or ARM) etc.

4) AV / Security installed.

I am not sure this is all you want but please see NOTE below

NOTE: in the TouchTasks Folder I think an exe file which was there previously has vanished plus Star Doc Application Services reports "missing prodid command line argument
