I've downloaded both WindowsBlind and IconPackager demos to test ir before try but i can't activate none of the demos. I put the email and the window and after press continue, it stucks in the spinning forever and the only to stop it is using the task manager. I have avast antivirus but none of them tries to connect.

That's the steps I follow but both software hangs when I press continue after writting my email adress. I press "30 day trial", put my email adress and press "continue" and is this moment it hangs, just the spinning circle and no more

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
For problems with activation pertaining to a trial version, unfortunately, we do not currently have an offline activation system in place.
In lieu of being able to experience the trial, if you purchase the product (which does have an offline activation method if that is required), and it does not meet your needs, we will refund it.
