Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few things.

1) Windows 10 version numbers. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

2) Any special reasons you are not using the latest Groupy version? Now its at 1.41 or 1.42 Beta.

3) Open gmail with Browser? if Browser, what browser? Pdf what extension or program is use to open your pdf in your system?

We need to know more details so we can try to recreate your issue on our system.

Thanks

Hello,

I have Firefox and Groupy v1.42, I can't recreate your issue on my system. Please post a video showing the issue so we can understand it. Also please try again but this time using Firefox "Private Mode".

Thank you,

I don't have such an issue on Firefox but have successfully recreated it on Chrome. Interesting, what can be the reason for it to happen? I sometimes notice that it's difficult to save some files as pdf, and not necessarily the issues are in corrupted files or anything like that. The old versions of the word have the same issue as you can't save the file in PDF format. Honestly, it's annoying when you have such problems with some browsers too, especially chrome. But recently I've found an online converter at https://pdfliner.com/ that helps me overcome this issue. It saves a lot of time and doesn't lag.
