Can i just point out a contradiction here...

In the link you provided https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#pcinstalls "User may install, use and activate one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) unique personal computer"

Where as i finally got an automated response back for my request and in this email we have this:

How many devices can I install my products on:
"An Individual User may install, use and activate one (1) copy of the Software on up to five (1) unique personal computers simultaneously that are owned by you"

So who is correct here.? From the email it suggest i can install on upto 5 comps where as your link suggest its only 1.

From what I understand its one computer per license. That might be a typo in the automated response. Anyway, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Would also like to know where/how did you get the automated response from?

How exactly did you get that, by going where and doing what? If an email, what is the exact subject - what email address was it from?

If it was a webpage, what is the URL?

How many devices can I install my products on:
An Individual User may install, use and activate one (1) copy of the Software on up to five (1) unique personal computers simultaneously that are owned by you for your personal use. A Business Entity (which includes commercial, not for profit or educational types) however, may Install and use one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) unique personal computer.
