IP not working

Okay, so I posted more or less the same several months ago when I purchased Icon Packager.  As I customize and add icons, my other icons move around or become displaced.  It's ridiculous!  I had it to where it was almost okay, then I updated to add SoundPackager which I wound up deleting, and my folder icons reverted to default ... SO, I clicked on the package I'm using.  Not only did the color become much redder (I am using a red hue) but the frickin' icons went all bizarro again.  My font icons are now the dll icons, my zip icons are bmp icons, the rar icons are tiff icons, etc.

Again, it's just absurd.

I KNOW that I can't be the only one experiencing this.   SO HOW DO I FIX IT?

I don't want a canned reply of we'll send this to our team, which then never gets a follow-up reply.  I'd like a fix.  I mean, why sell something that you have not been able to perfect in years???

If there is no way of fixing it within the program, then PLEASE, someone suggest another program that I might be able to use to change folder AND system icons.

Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Hope this is not one of "canned reply" for you. But, reading back your old thread. There are some really good pointer put in by Ace in there about adding icons into existing package. Please reread it.

First of all, no one should pay for anything they will then need to manually make do what it's supposed to do.

That said, I HAVE done that - ad-nauseum.  I have literally spent HOURS upon HOURS trying to tweak this to work, and when I think I'm close, some other icons mess up.   It's crazy!  And like I said in my opening post, this CANNOT be the only time you hear about this.  The promise of what your products do, comes nowhere near the reality of what they're capable of doing, and instead of trying to figure out how to fix them and deliver, you go on putting out more programs that don't work.

Stardock is not a new company.  For the years it has been around, it should have BLOWN UP because many, many people would like to customize their systems.  The problem is that with Stardock, it isn't possible unless you .... well unless you do something that God knows I haven't figured out how to do yet and in reading some of the other posts, a lot of buyers haven't figured out either, and worse, have not received HELP to figure it out - when the program should DO it for us.

Ticked off.
