Reopen closed tab

If this isn't an option, please mark this as a feature request.

Is there a way to reopen a recently closed tab (as you would do in Chrome by pressing CTRL-SHFT-T)?

It's very frustrating when you accidentally close a tab. If Groupy would be able to save the last 10 open tabs in memory so we can re-open them with a keyboard shortcut (or clicking on the Groupy and choosing "open recently closed tabs") that would be great!

This is a much awaited addition. Reopening closed tabs at once would save a lot of work and time. Especially when restarting windows or when I closed all tabs inadvertently.

Windows Jump List is not efficient in that.

It should't be difficult. Just make automatic saving of  tab paths of the actual set (or sets) of tabs that are opened.

Something like Tab Session Manager in Firefox might help, but best option would be to make the reloading option automatic.

What do you say, Basj?

Hello,

I have send in the feature request mentioned above, but its up to the Dev team to decide on it. I can't tell you, if or when it will get implemented.

Thank you,

Unfortunately things are somewhat more complicated than they would be with a webbrowser.

Groupy knows very limited information about the contents of a tab.  If the tab was an explorer window then we could reopen it as the path is obtainable, but in most other cases it would be limited to reopening the application which could be in a very different state to the closed tab (no document open for example)

Maybe you can implement the same code that saves open tabs as a group. This code saves the paths of opened tabs. It shouldn't be too complicated to save these paths in memory until the user closes the entire explorer window.

Dear developer please add these feature: 1- reopen closed tab dialog option 2- show latest closed tabs dialog with bin icon 3- refresh tabs dialog options (it appears gui issue sometimes)
