Downloading old purchases

I am wondering if there is still a way to download old purchases?

I have games such as Bioshock and Sword of the Stars that I purchased through Stardock years ago. 

I can see them in my order history but nothing else.

Just curious if they are still accessible somehow or not.

For Impulse purchases you need to talk with Gamestop, since they bought Impulse some years back now. For Stardock published games though (not distributed) you can redeem using your email address https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval
