Groupy is regularly uninstalled

from Stardock Forums

I've successfully used Groupy for some years but, over the past month or two, I have found that it becomes 'uninstalled' every week or so; reinstalling resolves the immediate problem. But why is it happening?

My suspicions fall on one of the following:

Malwarebytes Premium, Ashampoo WinOptimizer18, Windows Defender

Can anyone point to such experience with any of these - and how to resolve it?

Or is there another issue?
