Display Issue

Hi

I'm running version 1.41 and am experiencing an odd display issue. I have a surface pro 2015, running windows 10 pro. I typically use 2 external monitors both at home and work. The issue presents itself when I disconnect from the external monitors from work for example, then reconnect at home to my external monitors. The Groupy tabs become very large. The only way I can get this to go away is to open the groupy app, select Visuals, then switch between Combine if Possible and Always Place Above...does not seem to matter which one is used...selecting the one not currently selected brings the excessively large tabs back to normal size.

The screenshot shows the tabs are huge.

Once I go into the app and choose one of the previously mentioned options, the tabs reduce in size.

I'm loving that this app has been fixed from previous requests from at least a year ago to function based on suggestions requested. I do not feel that this app behavior issue should be happening. I should be able to disconnect from monitors and reconnect to different monitors without having to open the app and do what I did to get it to display correctly.

An additional issue upon disconnecting from external monitors and using the Surface pro by itself or reconnecting to other monitors, I find that the excel workbooks I've grouped together break and show individually. I have to regroup them the way I had them before disconnecting from external monitors.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

1) Monitors setting on work and home each of its resolutions, scaling (100%,125%,150% etc etc) and connection type.

2) Windows and MS office versions. Please use Winver.exe for full windows version numbers.

Thanks

What happens if you unmaximize and then maximize the group again?

So both external monitors at home are 1920x1080 and both are set to 125%.

Surface Pro is 64 bit system, i7-7660U , 2.5ghz, windows 10 Pro, build 1909 checked updates as of today and system is updated fully, OS build 18363.1016

Monitors at work and home are connected through the surface pro dock by mini-display port

Office is Office 365, version 2008, build 13127.20164

I am assuming that your external monitors at office is at 1920x1080 with 125% scaling?

And what is the resolutions and scaling on your Surface Pro display?

Thank you,
