Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

When on that page:

https://www.wincustomize.com/subscriberskins

Log out \ then back in and see if you can see the skins listed there.  If not, clear your browser cookies and try again.

cleared everything, with logout also. still have same problem

I have since used my phone, and d/l all on that page. Therefore there is something wrong still with the lap tops network card. Thank you so much for trying to help me. If this problem occus again. Tell them to try the cell phone and get there network card replaced. Many have remotely come into the laptop and had there hands on it. No one can find and fix this. Not Microsoft, nor bestbuy geeksquad and dell needs it in warranty on it or they will charge alot.taking it back to bestbuy and demand it fixed. Got a warranty on it there. Thanks again. All I got to do now is tranfer to it from phone.
