"Run as administrator" not working for Universal Apps

I just wanted to test the new "Windows Terminal App" and had the issue that whatever i tried i could never get into admin mode, until i tried to bypass Start10 and directly used the link from the normal Win10 startmenu.

Using the native link + "Run as Admin" worked and i got a tab with the "Administrator:Powershell", while the same in Start10 only yields "Powershell". There is some issue with the special "Start10\Launch.exe" link logic for universal store apps.
