I am in the process of updating my computers.

The old PCs were running Windows 8.1 Professional and the new PCs are running Windows 10 Professional.

 

When I downloaded and reinstalled Fences 2.0, I found that I am now unable to move the desktop icons on the new PC.

Is this an issue with Fences 2.0 and Windows 10?

 

I have uninstalled Fences 2.0 but the issue of not being able to move the desktop icons still persists.

Do I need to install the latest version of Fences for Windows 10 operability?
