Crash while loading Savegame

Good evening,

My problem is that it is a couple of days ago, as soon as I want to open an old game, 
the game closes completely after about 3 seconds of loading time and the error sending form is opened.

I use GalCiv3 via Steam, Autouptade. The problem did not appear until a few weeks after the last Uptade (4.02).

I have now re-installed several times, tried to start with different graphics settings. 
Without success.
In the steam error diagnosis, after every crash, I am informed again that 4 files were faulty and 
were requested again. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to find out what files they are.

Does anyone have any idea what else I can try?

I use GalCiv Retribution with the additional packages Megaevents DLC 
and Crusade Expansion Pack. I only use official content and do not use other mods.
