Crash with npm react

from Stardock Forums

Hi,

When I start react (npm server) Multiplicity crash.

My config:  -2 Windows 10 PC

React running under WSL (Debian)

npm running by default under port 3000

try => changing default port to 4000 => no result

alternative fix => close by task manager all instance of multiplicity & closing npm restarting multiplicity 

Thanks to fix it
