As I have skinned "Silpheed" in the same way I have skinned ALL of my other skins for WindowBlinds IT SHOULD by rights work for Windows 7, 8 & 10.
UPDATED WB-skin. Created on Win 10, Should work for 7 & 8 too.
If you prove Purchase I will send the new WB via e-mail.
-There was nothing wrong with the skin, but made a few adjustments that might solve the problem for the FEW win 7 users that experienced it..
