Need help with Internet Explorer.

Recently, my internet explorer has been getting all wierd on me. Web pages have started loading, and then all of a sudden stop half way through. So I end up with about half of the page loaded, and most of the images, links etc. don't end up loading at all. Is there any way to find out the problem and fix it? It's very annoying.

Have you installed any Windows updates recently? Seems HotFix 811493 causes problems such as this one, from what I've read.

This may seem a bit on the nutty side, but a while back i read that sooner or later we may have to unistall and reinstall for the new stardock central component manager to work properly with the updates, so i did just that but i went with a clean fresh (orange scented) new installation of the o/s. since that day everything has been working hundred percent except my spelling.
