Recommendation to remove link from the Start10 webpage

For your information, Malwarebytes raises a Phishing warning each time I visit the webpage https://www.stardock.com/products/start10/ . Initially, I was very worried about the possibility that it meant that you were really conducting any kind of Phishing activity, until I realized that the culprit is the link to the badge server from https://www.windows10download.com/img/awards/award_pick.png .

Now, I can confirm that Malwarebytes considers windows10download.com a Phishing website, and it refuses to open it if I click on that link.

I cannot check how legitimate windows10download.com seems, as I cannot even open that page. Anyway, I warn you, just in case you prefer to remove that link or at least the badge, or to allow you to inform the owners of that website if you can take for granted that their site is legitimate.

Meanwhile, while you don't take any action, it may be adversely impacting your legitimate visitors that use Malwarebytes, as their most likely reaction when they see that warning is to close the webpage and think that you are the ones trying to do Phishing.

Hi again,

Serving the badge from your own webpage, certainly solves the issue.

Of course, clicking the link still raises the phishing warning, but at least now it is clear that the potential problem is not in your site. Not sure if the problem is real or not, but at least now it is clear that you are not involved.
