Cant get product key or my email in the system

On May 9 I paid for fences with paypal and will expire in 3 days and no product key

I have the paypay copy and sent it in several times and nobody will answer me. I tried to get the product key and it says my email is not valid and it how I paid by paypal

Please help or I need a refund

The PayPal and account are linked. When I put in the email it says it is not right and around I go and the trial is up in 2 days. I paid the first day and like fences. I need this fixe and tired of wasting time on it. If it is not corrected and I lose it when the trial is over I will ask PayPal for a refund and use a different service. I have emailed the company over and over and I get nothing done. Thank you.

Again...more run around and can't get the product key so I ask for a refund. I liked the service just not the customer service and this run around the mess. Thank you and no thank you will use a different service. I have sent my email with PayPal about 20 times and still nothing and says my email is not in the system and it is the way I paid for this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

To receive a refund just fill out and submit a ticket as mentioned

in reply #3.

What might have happened was when buying the product

you might have mis spelled your email address by mistake ..( this happens ).

Can you try Reply #1 again maybe you misspelled it there ...

It is the weekend ( and support desk is closed )if not settled by Monday we can check

The email and subscription run out tomorrow. The emails are sent with the proof I paid. If I don't have the product key please send the refund and I did fill out a request to do so if no key. 

I have enjoyed the product and not the customer service mess.

If you have send in a support ticket, than Support should be able to help you out later today when they came in. Your understanding and patience are much appreciated.
