I have upgraded my computer to windows 10. The re-install Fences 3, I am get a error messages that says, " Email address is not valid for the product key". I enter the same email address that on the receipt in my email box.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
You need to use the email address you used when you bought
the product , if you paid with PayPal use the PayPal email address.

If you want to change a old email to a newer one your using now
you can do a Merge from old to new https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/
