Keeps resetting to default sounds

It seems that my applied sound package stops working at every reboot. The default windows sounds reapply and I have to go into Soundpackager and apply my sounds. What can I do to make my sounds permanent?

It sounds like something is resetting your sound pack settings on reboot.
This is not normal behaviour and for it to happen something on your system would have to be actively doing this. What other software do you have installed which might relate to sounds or starts at startup?
