A wild request: Start10 for Ubuntu/Linux?

I hate Win10. I'm still using Win7 but I need to upgrade my PC forcing me to change my OS.

After Windows, I'm most familiar with Ubuntu Linux, but it's not yet user friendly enough to make it my fulltime OS.

It would be really cool if there were a Linux version of "Start 10" to give it the familiar interface.

I KNOW there is a "Windows-like" GUI for Linux called KDE/Kubuntu, but I tried it and it's just awful. It requires so many changes to the OS that nothing works anymore.

It would be a Godsend to have a professionally done replacement GUI that makes Linux as easy to use as Windows and make the transition easier. B)
