email or license is incorrect

I was forced to format the PC.  now tells me that my email or license is incorrect.

I have purchased the license regularly and therefore I don't understand why it tells me that the license or email is wrong

That's the way it works using the email used to buy the item.

You can merge that original email to a newer email you
