I bought fences 2 a while back. When I could not resize my fences folders anymore, so I deleted it and now am trying fences 3 thinking that I needed the latest version. I still can't resize them.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Right-Click on your Desktop to View
scroll down to Lock Fences ( if it's checked uncheck it ) .
Then you should be able to resize Fences .
