Right-click tray icon "Configure Multiplicity, does not work anymore

Yet, Right-click tray icon, Kvm Mode & Unload, do work?

Win 10, v 1909, b 1863.836

This is happening on a desktop and a laptop.

What I  have tried.

  • Uninstall, reboot, reinstall.
  • Used your file "Purge_MP.bat" to uninstall, reboot, reinstall.

No Joy.

Thanks

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Then something you have - on both PCs - is likely blocking it.

All that does is bring the MP UI up.  If you search \ click \ run 'Mutlipicity' from the Start menu, it should open the same thing up:

Thanks Sean

You'd think 2 uninstalls would fix it ?

Is there a LOG I can look at that might give me clue?

End of AlvaroGuevara's quote

None that would give an indication of what was causing it, no.

Are you able to open the UI as I did in the video?

Yes, but it be nice if it worked normally. Ive no security soft installed, I've reset the Win firewall, twice, Ive even ALLOWED EVERY stardock exe file to the firewall. Still no joy.

Hello,

If you do a cleanboot, under a new Windows Admin account, does it still happen:

If all cases fail, perhaps a purge \ reinstall is in order:
