I solved the issue but you have a bug :

When installing in the default folder, the installation goes ok and NO error message appears. This indicated a bug in the installation process that prevent the SASS (Stardock App ServiceS I presume) to recognize another installation folder than the default one :waaaa: . This should be addressed.

Another bug I found is that the chosen cursor appears tiny if we don't disable the shadow checkbox. In order to tweak the cursor size, we have to uncheck the shadow box :waaaa: . Another bug to address.

Besides that, I had the great surprise :D to notice that on Win10, now the cursor hovers above/over/on top of the startup menu <3 and NO MORE under, making it invisible in the 2.11 version !

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Would like to know, Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

Thanks

Hi Basj,

in summary, four things to fix:

1- custom install folder to be recognized;

2- cursor shadow feature;

3- cursor size feature;

4- sd.stardock.com/zubaz/apps/Purge_CursorFX.bat does not download.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

With the ever changing Windows we do our best to update our

programs to keep up with the latest changes.

I see you are running a older version of windows .

Is there a reason for that .

Why not update to the latest Windows version 1909 ?

also when you click on download the .bat file you

click one more time on the actual link and it then downloads .

I understand. Keep the good job of catching up with MS ! A bothersome necessity...

A mistrust issue with MS... Why fix it when it ain't broke ? One day, they'll shove some really dirty stuff into our pcs, on top of what's already in there...

When I click on the link, the browser page stays put but keeps loading... forever.

On regards the tiny cursor issue. Please upgrade to Windows 10 v1909. That should solve that issue.

Thanks

Thanks but no thanks : the "mini-cursor" resizes to normal when disabling the shadow feature and... the size feature don't work still.

Will consider your proposition if you tell me that the shadow and size features are fixed...

BTW: please send me to my profile email the Purge_CursorFX.bat file that can't be downloaded or... copy-paste its content in your reply.

It took 30 sec (!) to start downloading. Thanks.
