Start10 Requests to Enter Product Key

I have 2 licenses for Start10. I have migrated to a new computer, with 2 copies of Windows 10 installed on separate partitions (guess I stated the obvious there). After installing the operating systems on the new machine, I installed Start10 in each copy of Windows. I activated each copy using my account login.

I am getting regular requests to activate Start10 and I would like that to go away. I should point out that each time I receive a request to activate the program, when I log in to activate, it is accepted. Could you please help me out?

This is my account. Therefore, I would expect and further correspondence regarding my account to be private.

As a reminder "PRODUCTNAME" is "Start10" in your case.
