CursorFX 4 questions

So I'm long time user of Cursor FX and I never had issues with 2.16

I saw new update for 4.0 and tough hey update nice lets try it out. First activating it dint reconize the product on my account and entering serial it said invalid, so I wonder is this new product and have to buy new serial for it or should it be a update?

I tested it out with trail for now and noticed the cursor I use got bugs, going to text field it continuesly loops in its animation while 2.16 dint had this issu and this with all animation on my desired cursor.

also not able to delete default cursors I dont want or like is bullshit.

So having no issues with 2.16 and 4.0 gives me bugs and unwanted cursors forced in my list with 4.0 why should I get this new version?

For now I see 0 reasons to update, more reasons to just stick to 2.16.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Firstly, CursorFX is an upgrade. Not an update.

Second, the text animation is known issue on old .CurXPTheme and been bugged internally. As mentioned here : https://forums.wincustomize.com/499472/get;3775939

Third, I just notice that too, there is no red "X" to delete some cursors. Will push the issue to support for review and recommendation. But you still can manually delete it by going to "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\CursorFX\Themes".

There were few issues resolved on v4.0, but if you do not have issues with v2.16. You should decide accordingly.
