thank you. Prompt "validation error". Because I paid with Alipay QR code on my mobile phone, I didn't automatically jump to the payment success page after the payment was successful. I refreshed the page without any response, so I asked you for help. I have payment success screenshot and order number. I can provide it to you if you need.

Unable to complete because a new problem occurred: my email address was prompted not to exist. So I can't submit tickets.
