Can't activate Object Desktop

I just bought Object Desktop and it says "login failed product not associated with my email"

I'm am a new user also my order history comes back with an error.

I can't log into support for some reason either, which is why I am posting here.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

You need to use the email you bought the product with.

If you paid with PayPal use your PayPal email .

Make sure your spelling is right .
