Won't install

I have been  using Stardock, ever since I stopped using StyleXP.  Have never had a problem.  I was reciently told I had 0 downloads so I "re-purshed Windowblinds for $9.95.  NOW, every time I want to download a skin, it downloads the skin, but when I try to install, it wants me to INSTALL Windowblinds again.  I have done this 5 times, and I have tried to re-download the skins at least 3 times, and each time, they want me to "INSTALL' windowbnlinds.  I have temporly turned off Norton firewall, and still, nothing works.  I am running Windows 7 64.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know, do you have Windowblinds install in your system? If you do, need to know Windowblinds version. And Windows 7 version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers.

Have been using Windowsblinds 8 as I had trouble several years ago when I first upgraded to Windowblinds 10 and then went back to 8.  Will do a complete uninstall and then a fresh install.........again.  Windowblinds 8 works fine....just can't download new blinds as it says I have 0 downloads left.  Thanks again.

Just did a complete uninstall of Windowblinds 8 & 10 with IObit uninstall and rebooted.  Windowblinds 10 working fine, but WinCustomize still says I have 0 downloads available, and wants me to "install" windowblinds every time I try and download new skin.  Thanks.  Should I just go back to WEblds 8......but wincustomize still says I have 0 downloads, and I sdtill can't install new blinds.

went to wincustomize, reset password, logged on, now have unlimited downloads, but when I try to install, it still wants me to "install Windowblinds.  When is use "install new" on all of the downloaded blinds, it now tells me that the .uis is missing on all downloads.  FRUSTRATED.

Reboot and Re Install the latest version of WB from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot , test and report back please.

Downloaded "purge" to desktop. (twice). Ran it twice and each time, all it did was "INSTALL WINDOWBLINDS". I then went to Stardock and it showed I paid for WB10.    I THEN WENT TO WINCUSTOMIZE AND TRIED TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL BLIND.  It showed I had 0 downloads.  I THEN LOGGED OUT, AND RE-LOGGED IN, AND IT THEN SHOWED "UNLIMITED".  Windowblinds 10 works fine.  IT ALWAYS HAS.  Could the problem be with wincustomize?.  It wants another $9.95 from me to "join".  I have used IObit power uninstall 4 times now, and re-installed from Stardock site...............5 times

First of all.....Sorry for being such a bother.  This is what I did.  I created a new account on my com puter and installed WB10 on that account.  I can now download from wincustomize.  It is a pain in the arse.......but it works.  Tanks for your help.....G.
