When I hover my mouse over a Fence it automatically opens  ...Is there a feature for Click to Open

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you mean it roll down when you hover down over it titlebar. Yes, fence will do that. And, no there is no option for "Click to Open". But, I believe, there were few request by others to have that option. Yet, I can't tell if or when it will be implemented.
