Well I went to look for the new tech tree I would have access too. And lo and behold nothing is there. I thought maybe I was overlooking it so I loaded up the measured to see if I could see it there. Easily found the techs. Reloaded my synthetic game and it doesn’t branch off any of their techs so it can’t be accessed.
