Always Stuttering

Background problem

Hello, i'm still in a trial version but i have this problem with Deskscapes10 for Windows10: Every background i choose stutters constantly. Running Windows10 with the latest updates, 64 gigs of memory, used memory 19 to 21%. Videocard: Geforce  RTX 2080TI with the latest Nvidia drivers, a i9 9920X Alienware Area 51, maybe there something else that's causing it, i really have no clue, please someone help me.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Please provide:

  • A link to a video showing the issue
  • What stock dreams (the ones that ship with the product) are you having the issue with
  • If not with stock dreams, links to the Wincustomize dreams you are seeing it with
  • Also if you are seeing the issue still with other renderers tested:

Had the same problem. first i had just the still wallpaper. but no animation.   i added a new account, ( LOCAL ACCOUNT, do not use a microsoft account, they will own your a..) then go log in, install deskscapes. once it works. log out and log back into your main account...i noticed it then worked in the main one too, but it stuttered.  I played with the lock and unlock taskbar, i'm adding this just because it may have been part of it. i locked then unlocked then locked again.. then i changed the performance tab to DIRECT SHOW VMR 9  .    and stuttering is gone.

not sure this will work for you, but its worth trying, only took a few minutes.  i am on win 8.1 , and using the latest version of deskscapes.

I had that problem and it turned out to be a codec issue. Make sure you have the latest codecs installed.
