Thanks for your reply but I don't think I explained my problem sufficiently.
When I try to download some Dreamscape backgrounds I'm met with a message - 'You are currently at your download limit'.

Hi, thanks a lot.
I've now discovered another problem. Iconpackager will not accept my activation code - even though it's present in my downloads page it's saying it can't be linked to my account..
On issues with account related, please raise a support ticket using this link : http://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit. Please include all the details in there.
